Marzoli finalizes orders worth 30 million euros at ITMA Barcelona

The new Marzoli spinning frame MDS1 is the ideal machine for large production lots of quality yarns thanks to its new design, its exclusive fibre control system Arco Bridge, the patented spindles drive system with multiple tangential belts, with a number of spindles upto 1824.  The Marzoli ring spinning frame can be equipped with several optional accessories that modify the drafting and can produce yarn with exclusive characteristics.

Some examples are: fancy yarns, where a controlled variation in the drafting process produces fancy yarn effects; compact yarn, where a slight suction tightens the fibre bundle and reduces hairiness, thereby increasing its strength; elastic or rigid core yarn, where a lycra or nylon core is placed inside cotton yarn.

Marzoli reported significant interest  and the potential of this new spinning frame during ITMA in Barcellona. Marzoli will showcase the most recent technological advances in the yarn and textile manufacturing.

• New opening line for up to 1,600 kg/hr production with the two new revolutionary cotton opening and cleaning machines, i.e. the double beater opener.
• B390L (with cage condenser B450L) and the blending opener B380L.
• New C701 high production card up to 250 Kg/hr.
• New DF1 e DFR1 draw frames running at 1100 mt/min. 
• New LW3 lap winder at 200 mt/min.
• New CM7 comber at 600 nips/min.
• New FT6, FT7, FT6D, FT7D roving frame with the new concept spindle drive.
• New MDS1 spinning frame up to 1,824 spindles.

Marzoli showcased the complete evolution of its spinning line and discussed machinery performance, quality of sliver and yarn produced, savings in raw materials and energy savings.
