S8 Rubber Belt Unit of Compressive Shrinking and Integrated Denim Finishing Ranges

New S8 Rubber Belt Unit of Compressive Shrinking and Integrated Denim Finishing Ranges from Morrison features GrindVAC™ which enhances housekeeping and decreases the total grind time procedure.  The new unit features heated Main Cylinder with maximum pressure of 9 bars, digital display of Pressure Roll loading, and liquid glycol filled Grinding Roll.

The machine design incorporates outboard mounted split bearing for the lower carrier and wiper roll, which allows these rolls to be passed through the frame when changing the belt. Optional AutoGRIND™ increases belt life due to more frequent belt dressing and results in higher production with more consistent results.

SLE-HED Washer

New SLE-HED Washer incorporates stainless steel spray pipes located between each upper roller which directs a high volume of water to angular deflectors. 

The deflected water is suffused to the fabric in random spray patterns onto each pass of the fabric which results in total impregnation of the fabric. Washing and interchange is increased by the gravitational flow on each vertical fabric pass and cascade counter flow of the bath. Filtered water is circulated at high volume.

SanforTROL™ Shrinkage and Data Control System

SanforTROL™ Shrinkage and Data Control System (licensed from WESTechnologies) is the first and only closed-loop shrinkage control system.

This key component of this system is YieldMAX™ which utilizes unique invisible marking/detection technology, calculating 3 independent shrinkage results every 2 linear meters.

YieldWare™ allows for centralized data collection for statistical historical analysis by article, machine, shift, operator, etc.

MDS BW-450 Ball Warper

MDS BW-450 Ball Warper offers latest technology for ball winding of ropes for subsequent indigo rope dyeing.  This truly unique machine features the following; digitally linked AC Drive and Servo Traverse Drive Control System, Smart Stop™/Smart Lease™ Technology, Programmable Rope Traverse for varying ball wind profiles, Dual Pneumatic Brakes, Dual Rack and Pinion Ball Hold Down.

Spectrum s 250 Indigo Dye Box

Spectrum s 250 Indigo Dye Box  is specifically designed to process typical 24 rope or 32 rope production of denim, this implies a 50% production increase, while maintaining  the  proper rope spacing suggested for first quality dyeing and maximum downstream efficiencies. This new box features center feeding dye manifold which improves dye distribution.

Furthermore, the new box design includes slope to center drain and composite covers which reduce time required for housekeeping. 

Also, the new Nip design features side enclosures which protect the bearings and actuator from harsh working environs and roll removal can be accomplished without disassembling the loading assembly.
