Flexible energy source with new Dual-Heat system

ICOMATEX have developed a new heating system called DUAL-HEAT. The DUAL-HEAT system combines gas and thermal oil, to ensure that the customer has a heating system available,  if the gas supply should become unstable.

This system is ideal for countries where there is unreliable supply of gas. Furthermore, this system allows full flexibility to use the most adequate source of heating depending on the fabrics, to maintain the highest possible quality of the finished product. Companies can now use thermal oil or gas depending on the fabric quality, so the difficult choice between what heating source to use is no longer a dilemma.

Reduce production costs with ICO-SAVE  heat recovery system

The energy used to heat up the air in the Stenter can be utilized through ICO-SAVE heat recovery system, which uses this energy to pre-heat the clean air going to the stenter, thus reducing the energy needed to maintain the temperature. The ICO-SAVE can also be used to pre-heat the water needed in the dyeing process.

Easier control with IC-PROD production management system

The IC-PROD lets the operator to control most of the functions from one single touch screen. It allows  to monitor, control and store the settings for the production.

With the IC-PROD one can store  different qualities in the system so that it is easy to recall at a later stage. Other advantage include the possibility to review performance history of the machine and to calculate the production during a specific period of time.

ICPROD offers possibility to incorporate IC-REMOTE, which allows technical assistance through internet without any need of travelling, whereas, this computerized configuration can be connected to all ICPROD stenters.

Low residual shrinkage, soft handle, bulky surface and productivity with the ICORELAX dryer

The ICORELAX is a flexible drying system with a modular design, broad range of options and features.

The dryer offers an efficient nozzle system in order to save  energy. The Nozzles have a “click cleaning” system, that makes it easy to clean without any tools. The extra units such as pad mangle, pin frame can also be installed to suit customer needs.

The dryer is equipped with a process control system, to control the exhaust humidity and fabric temperature automatically, and offer optimized production for each quality of fabric.

IC-COAT coating technology

ICOMATEX coating lines cover the most areas of coating processes. The air-cylinder, doctor blade coating machine, is working with high precision coating on textile fabrics upto a maximum working width of 6,000 mm. The ICOSCREEN rotary coating unit for special fine coats, laminated fabrics and interlinings is also manufactured by ICOMATEX as well as manufacturing lines for the artificial grass industry.

ICOWASH effective washing and bleaching system

ICOMATEX manufactures the continuous washing and bleaching lines. The continuous washing range uses a unique method of washing, which ensures more effective washing than the traditional washing lines.

ICOVAC vacuum systems

The ICOVAC new vacuum equipment attracted a number of qualified visitors at ITMA Barcelona.

This systems allows the removal of moisture from the fabric to increase the performance and speed of stenters and drying lines. The machine is specially designed for synthetic fabrics, where ICOVAC removes much more moisture than a pad mangle, thus offering faster payback time.
