Argus Ad -50e Metal and Spark Diverter

Argus Fire Control presented Ad -50e Metal and Spark Diverter a for Spinning Mills at Textile Asia exhibition in Pakistan. Some of the new features include simplified installation, patented ARGUS 343sc Static Control spark detectors, improved protection against interference and vibration, full self monitoring indicator lights - low air pressure, low water level and user friendly digital programmable control panel.

The “Sparks” can be attributed to the arrival of “Hot Bales” from the Gin, stones in Bales, stray metal & wire in bales, loose metal from machines and friction.The 343sc Infrared Spark Detector  has a patented design with a circuitry that eliminates reaction to static electricity. The system operates in temperatures from -40oC to +85oC with fewer interruptions in plant operations as well as lower cotton waste. Additionally, this system detects sparks as small 2 millimeters and at speeds up to 60 meters per second.
