Marzoli: Siemens Simotion control system to enhance the automation and control of machines

Marzoli will attend the exhibition in the Italian area organized by ACIMIT and ICE, in the Hall W2, booth A61 (Spinning sector). They will the latest technology and as usual is expected to keep its leadership position among textile machinery suppliers.

This year the distinctiveness of Marzoli machines will be the advanced management software developed in collaboration with Siemens: the Simotion control system, that allows to the operator to completely control machines from an electronic board.

The new system guarantees user friendliness of the machine management, fast think time, easy reliability and dimensional compactness.

Since many years, the partnership with Siemens has been enhancing the available technologies in the automation field. The Simotion Sinamics system keeps active the automation of all the logistics, processes and motion control machine functions.

Marzoli line presents remarkable innovations about comber, roving frame and spinning section, mainly in the production of denim, slub yarn and high quality for combed yarn thanks to Arco Bridge system.

Marzoli expects to welcome many of its Asian clients and invites ITMA visitors to visit their Booth W2 A6 in order to get more information about the technical features and key advantages of the complete line of Marzoli machines. The  sales representatives from all Asian countries will also be available to show the latest technology of Sinamics and of the updated versions of machines.
