Tsudakoma Corp to show "greener" jet looms |
 |
Tsudakoma Corp will exhibit cutting-edge jet looms at the
exhibition. It aims to producing more environmentally aware
products whilst ensuring the quality of fabrics woven at minimum
running costs.
According to Tsudakoma Corp, ZAX9100 air jet loom works at a
high speed as it enjoys the synergy of a smooth warp shed, a
well-balanced beating system, one of the worldㄙs
best weft insertion systems, and a newly designed robust
structure. The machine is equipped with the "Weave Navigation
System" containing Tsudakoma's weaving know-how. It is
cost-competitive, energy and labor saving, as well as allows
quick style change. Featuring six-color weft selection and the "PSC
Programmable Speed Control", it supports weaving value-added
fabrics of various kinds and thickness wefts.
Furthermore, the ZAX9100 terry air jet loom combines the high
speed of the ZAX9100 with Tsudakoma Corp's expertise on terry
weaving. It weaves various designed terry towels, such as
multi-height pile towel and multi-cycle pile towel (three- to
seven-pick cycles), with a nice touch and feel. When used with
electronic jacquard, it can perform more value-added terry
weaving.
The company will also present the new ZW8100 water jet loom,
which is optimally designed for its frame structure, beating and
shedding, and increases its filling insertion performance with
new nozzles and a short cloth passage. This increases the
ZW8100's operation speed by 10%, reduces electric power
consumption by 5% and on-loom vibration by 50% compared with
existing models.
The company aims to guarantee fabric quality while keeping a
high speed of the jet loom. The "PSS-W Programmable Start" is
newly developed to prevent stop marks.
In addition, reliable preparatory machines from T-Tech Japan
will be available, such as the TTS20S spun sizing machine that
promises reliable performance and sizing quality, concluded
Tsudakoma Corp.
