Trützschler Group: Synergy at its best
Trützschler is one of the world’s leading textile machine manufacturers. Trützschler specialists in machines, installations and accessories for spinning preparation and the nonwovens industry. The headquarters of the over 100 year old company is located in Mönchengladbach, Germany. Germany is also the home of the subsidiaries Fleissner GmbH, Erko Trützschler GmbH and Trützschler Card Clothing GmbH, with their own production sites. Production sites in India, China, Brazil and the US, as well as a number of service centres, provide customer proximity in the important textile processing areas.

Today, China is by far the most important textile manufacturer. As a result, ITMA & CITME trade show is also of particular significance for Trützschler. For the first time, five companies of the Trützschler group will exhibit on a shared stand at the largest and most important textile machinery show in Asia.  The 500 m² stand in Shanghai provides parallel information in the areas of preparation machines for spinning, nonwoven machinery and clothings for cards and roller cards.

In the area of TRÜTZSCHLER SPINNING, represented by Trützschler Germany and Truetzschler Textile Machinery (Shanghai), the main emphasis is on a new, significantly more effective foreign part detection and separation system. The premium machine of the Trützschler foreign part separators is the SECUROPROP SP-FPU.  Naturally, the machine exhibited on the stand is equipped with the unique Trützschler detection system with polarised light. In addition to coloured foreign parts, this system reliably detects transparent and partially transparent parts.

Among other things, TRÜTZSCHLER CARD CLOTHING introduces the new cylinder clothing FGX1 for spinning, which results in noticeable quality improvements for combed yarns, even with older cards and lower production rates. This clothing has a longer service life and, in addition, requires 50% less maintenance than previously applied variants.

TRUETZSCHLER NONWOVENS with the companies Fleissner and Erko Trützschler will present it’s newest innovations in Nonwovens machinery. Highlights are the new ERKO card EWK413 for cotton based spunlaced materials, high speed spunlace lines with the Erko Card EK150 and the Fleissner Aqua Jet as well as special systems to produce high tech filter materials. At the trade show, the experts of Erko and Fleissner show that they have the right solution for any application.
