Thies: Energy savings and reduced installation costs are
key features at ITMA ASIA

Founded by Bernhard Thies at the turn of the industrial age in 1892, internationally active enterprise, Thies offers to their customers access to their research and dyehouse facilities in which to carry out trials. Thies is one of the first companies to introduce Quality Management Systems based on DIN EN ISO 9001.

German dyeing machinery specialist Thies Textilmaschinen will be exhibiting two products for the first time at ITMA Asia in Hall W5, Stand AO2 - the new double nozzle, twin chamber, Luft Roto Plus S11 and a connecting pipe work system.

The new double nozzle, twin chamber, Luft Roto Plus S11 offers increased flexibility with dyeing over a wider range of fabrics for quality and cost conscious commission dyehouses and vertical textile operations alike. Able to operate with or without air, the system ensures significant energy savings with air and electric power plus reduced operating costs.

Also making its debut in Asia, a connecting pipe work system equipped with the required isolating valves, steam traps, non-return valves and dirt traps, etc, ready for connection to the customers utilities.

The stainless steel pipe work system offers easy connection to the mains utilities with reduced installation costs.

Optionally available, the stainless steel pipe work system offers easy connection to the mains utilities with major cost savings in reduced installation time costs and minimized pipe work. It also ensures a neater installation.

Repeat 'elbow/bent' joints are eliminated and welding is kept to a minimum. At ITMA ASIA the pipe work system will be shown connected to the new 500 kg capacity, double nozzle Luft Roto Plus S11.
