UNIPLET offer three basic groups of the fully electronic knitting machines

The UNIPLET's production program consists of three basic groups of the fully electronic knitting machines:

• Single cylinder knitting machines for fine ladies stocking goods - EDIS line.
• Single cylinder knitting machines for classical and sport socks products - ANGE line.
• Double cylinder knitting machines for classical and and rough stocking and socks goods - DERA line.

EDIS line

EDIS 4.3 C is a single cylinder four feed fully electronic knitting machine for production stocking goods, with more selection patterns, combination of structure and knitting materials. This machine can offer maximum running speed for plain structure to 800 rpm and with needle selection the speed is 650 rpm.

Knitting Features:

Stocking tubular goods in plain structure, plate plain, tuck micromesh 1x1, 3x1,7x1, missknit, tuck, covered, covered cut-out, dropstitch and retain patterns. Simple or double transferred welt with tuck on the machine or needles, rotary heel and toe. Formation any part of pattern quick change size of link in line, according to design.

ANGE Line

Ange 18.1

This is a single-cylinder, four feed, fully electronic knitting machine with one more colour feed for the production of classic or terry socks with reciprocated or pouch heel. The machine can knit covered elastomer by four feeds.

This new generation machine with electronic control stitch cams and electronic heel and toe can offer maximum running speeds to increase production efficiency. The maximum running speeds for plain structure is 320 rpm with a standard sinker cap, with 380 rpm after application of set device for maximum output in plain structure

Knitting Features:

Socks articles in a plain, standard terry, half terry, sandwich, half sandwich, tuck and float structures, missknit, two-colour jacquard. Cut-out patterns up to 4 colours in one course + base, total 12 colours in knit fabric. Reciprocated heel and toe with classic or "Y" shape knitted by one feed in a plain, terry and sandwich structure with possibilities of 3 colours. Another heel and toe alternative is pouch or tubular style.

ANGE 13.4

Small diameter six feed single cylinder fully electronic knitting machine for production of classic or terry socks with transferred welt, pouch heel and toe and colour cut-out patterns. The maximum running Speed for plain structure is upto 320 rpm

Knitting Features:

Plain, half terry, terry, sandwich, tuck and filet. Cut-out patterns also in transferred welt, max. 12 + 1 colours in a fabric, 5 + 1 in one row (sandwich). Pouch heel and toe with possibility of coloured pouch heel or tubular style. Splicing (double terry loops).

DERA line

DERA 5.1, 5.1J, 5.1WJ

The machines of DERA 5.1 and 5.1J line present double cylinder two feeds small diameter fully electronic knitting machine for production of classic socks and stocking articles. The machine DERA 5.1WJ is ideal for the production of winter, sport and coarse articles.

Maximum Running Speed:

• DERA 5.1 and 5.1J - plain to 350 rpm
• DERA 5.1WJ - plain to 240 rpm

Knitting Features:

Socks, knee-socks, leggings, socks and tights in constructions of single-face plain, double-faced, rib and links-links. Machines DERA 5.1J and 5.1WJ can also knit true jacquard and float links-links. Heel and toe are knitted reciprocally by single feed in plain structure.

DERA 7, 7W

The machines of DERA 7 and 7W line present speed double cylinder one feed small diameter fully electronic knitting machine for production of classic socks and stocking articles. The machine DERA 7W is capable for the production of winter, sport and coarse articles.

Maximum Running Speed:

• DERA 7: plain to 400 rpm
• DERA 7W: plain to 280 rpm

Knitting Features:

Sock, knee-socks, leggings, tights in plain tuck, rib and links-links structures. All structures in single faced and double faced can be knit with possibility of plating classical or covered elastomer yarns. Heel and toe are knit in plain structure reciprocally by single feed.

DERA 8,8J

DERA 8 and 8J line present double cylinder two-feed small diameter fully electronic knitting machine for production of classic socks and stocking articles.

Maximum Running Speed:

• plain up to 350 rpm
• rib up to 320 rpm
• links-links up to 280 rpm
• reciprocated 280 rpm (220 on display)

Knitting Features:

Socks, knee-socks, leggings and tights in structures: single-faced plain, double-faced rib and links-links. Machines DERA 8J can also knit true jacquard and float links-links. Heel and toe are knitted reciprocated by single feed in plain structure.
