This HC AEN
machine is suitable for Spandex, Lycra and Knitted fabrics and
offer two types of sewing options
- Nailing completely type sewing.
- Interval stitch type- adjustment by PLC can be random
setting stitch distance.
Two models for selection are continuous stitch and interval
stitch advanced design with 90 degree easier fabric passage
meets customer needs than traditional machine with linear
passage.

AK-QAO rapid dyeing machine can operate smoothly even when
nozzle pressure is under 0.5kg/cm2. This machine is suitable for
spandex and low tension fabric's running requirement. Other
important features are given follows:
- Low liquor ratio 1:5-7 helps to save chemicals cost and
energy.
- Low height, low tension, low shrinkage and easy to achieve
fabric's final weight.
- Foam collection system, which ensures that during dyeing
process, the foam will be collected in the foam collector. It
separates the fabric from the foam and avoids fabric floating,
tangling and pollution problem.
- Inner shower spray system.
- Tank body manufacture by A-class, highly resistant to
corrosion, stainless steel from Europe (AZ40-316L) and
(SUS316) Japan.
- Kier & heat exchanger manufactured according to highest
industrial standard (U.S.A & Japan). High strength and highly
resistant to pressure.
