JUKI - DDL-9000B

DDL-9000B is single needle direct drive semi dry head and dry-head lockstitch machine. The machine reduces power consumption by 70% or more as compared with the conventional model incorporating a V-belt type electronic stop motor, by 20% or more as compared with the conventional model incorporating a V-belt type servomotor, or by 15% as compared with its predecessor model (DDL-9000A).

The machine is equipped with newly developed control box SC-920 that can adjust speed of thread trimmers. The machine promises silent operation and various new technical features.

JUKI - LH-3500A-7

LH-3500A-7 is double needle direct drive lockstitch machine with both organized and split needle bar mechanism. The new LH-3500A-7 adopts dry-head mechanism. The machines head is available in both semi dry-head and dry-head type. The newly launched model offers energy saving and increased workability. The machine saves almost 15% of power consumption then previous LH-3500 model.

The newly developed control box SC-920 is equipped with the machine that can adjust speed of auto thread trimmers to double of their original speed. The machine also promises new thread tension control mechanism and improved oiling system.
