Tajima Shuttle Hook Embroidery machine series

Tajima is pushing the boundaries of innovation in embroidery with its latest machine, the TFGS Shuttle Hook machine. Using new technology that replaces the traditional rotary hook used in embroidery machines with a shuttle hook, this specialty embroidery machine can sew with wide variety of threads and yarns than ever before.

Each of nine needles can be threaded with a different weight or denier yarn that opens up endless possibilities for creating brand new look and effects. Mix and match threads type can be used to create texture and dimension on a wide range of apparel. One can choose from wool, polyester, cotton, rayon or virtually any type of thread which is compatible up to 900 denier.

TFGS Shuttle Hook machine also saves on stitch counts because now instead of increasing the density of a stitch and going back and forth over an area to fill it, the operator can use a thicker thread. For fashion wear and apparel  industry TFGS machine can create designs similar to hand made designs that are not available anywhere else.

The rotary tension device automatically detects and indicates top or bottom thread breakage, immediately stopping the machine and preventing missed stitches. This cuts back on downtime with the exclusive take-up lever guard, which prevents thread from tangling during sewing operations.      

This new machine can use various options including the sequin device and zigzag cording devise.

Tajima Zigzag Cording Device

Tajima’s newly launched zigzag cording device has an exclusive use for stitch embroidery to rank up design with new material. Just install to a normal embroidery head and combine regular designs with delicate cording with standard multi-color embroidery. The main features are:

• The device is mountable as an attachment to a normal embroidery head.
• Excellent cost performance ratios, thus enabling a normal embroidery head to carry out delicate cord embroidery.
• Various designs can be readily created by combing normal embroidery and cord embroidery.
• A great variety of materials are available from thin cord upto 3mm dia., sequin cord, fancy yarns and other yarn options.

Tajima Large Sequin Device

With a large sequin device, it is now possible to embroider a max. of 4 different size, shapes and colors on each head! Therefore, two kinds of sequins on one side can be interchanged and embroidered at high speed as desired with Sequin III Twin Type device. Sequin IV device has been launched, which is capable of applying sequin of 2 – 22 mm from a single device.

This newly developed sequin device features following new developments:

• Newly developed sequin device applicable within a wider diameter range from small 2 mm to large 22 mm
• A single device covers sequins very small to very large size. Therefore sequin embroidery can be created so as to match such applications.
• Sequins embroidery further rich in variation can be expressed in combination with other sequin device such as sequin device III twin type, thus enabling the user to make higher value-added items.
