IDROSISTEM energy is an engineering company specializing in

The engineers oversee every project from the ordering of
materials through to the supervision of plant construction and
start-up. IDROSISTEM energy also provides a full after-sales
service including maintenance, technical advice and ordering of
parts. In order to protect our technology IDROSISTEM has
patented three of their innovative designs:
- Water & Air Back washing system
- Filter Distribution system.
- Sand Filters with Internal Flotation.
- Band Float.
- Band Bio Float.
All IDROSISTEM energy plants are custom-built bearing in mind
the individual needs of customers and with the aim of providing
the following benefits:
- reduction in production costs (reduced operational, labour
and chemical costs)
- increase in production output (elimination of production
stoppages caused by faulty machinery)
- reduced ecological impact on the environment (reduced
water costs, discharged wastewater within legal limits, no
harmful chemicals required)
The company can also carry out feasibility reports for
clients interested in upgrading their existing plant. Old
wastewater and recovery systems can be modified so that they too
can benefit from new technology. Plants can also be designed
for customers with a limited amount of space available. A free
pilot plant trial is also offered to customers so that they can
road test this technology. Pilot plants trials are available
for ozone, flotation, UV sterilization, Band Float and Band Bio
Float systems.
All plants are constructed from first class materials, with
only top brands to ensure reliability and to facilitate the
acquisition of spare parts. All plants run automatically and
require minimum intervention.
Plant computers can be accessed directly from IDROSISTEM
energy’s Head office via a telephone line. This enables
IDROSISTEM engineers
to view the real-time status of a plant in order to troubleshoot
and respond immediately. The in-house laboratory also allows
the company to respond quickly to clients’ requests for water
analysis which can be carried out within a few hours.
IDROSISTEM energy personnel supervise the construction and
commissioning of plants and provide on site training for client
personnel. All plants come with a CD Rom Operation Manual. The
after-sales service includes continued technical advice along
with the ordering of spare parts and plant maintenance
check-ups.
