YarnMaster® Zenit
YarnMaster Zenit, the online quality control system by Loepfe,
has a completely new design, but also incorporates the extensive
experience gained from the successful YarnMaster Spectra. It is
intended for customers with the highest demands on yarn clearing
and yarn quality who want to be assured of safety and
reliability, even under the most problematic ambient conditions.
Moreover, the system offers a platform for the addition of
future innovations.

The main features are given as under:
- Sensing head user interface: A 7-segment display is built
into the sensing head providing information of occurrences at
the spindle.
- Central unit user interface: A color touch screen with
multi-lingual capabilities, clearly organized graphical
display, offer ease of use to operators.
- LabPack functions: The online laboratory for the detection
of off-standard bobbins with respect to hairiness, neppiness
and irregularity (CV).
- Improved detection of foreign matter: now also in colored
yarns.
- For all staple fiber yarns, independent of the spinning
process and fiber material used.
- For all splicer types.
- For large yarn count ranges, such as TK YM Zenit
for Ne 2.4-320 and TK YM Zenit F(P) Ne 4.1-320.
- Channel Clearing offers Opto-electronic precision and Yarn
clearing with clearer channels. (see diagram)

off-standard bobbins simply and reliably with only one setting
