Morrison Textile Machinery Co.
Morrison Textile Machinery Company founded in 1959 is a
fourth generation family business that designs, installs and
services technically advanced dyeing and finishing machinery

SanforTROL™ utilizes data retrieved from YieldMAX/YieldWARE™
coordinated through two marking and sensing devices to control
the inbound fabric moisture, rubber blanket compression and main
and palmer temperature.
Andritz Kusters
ANDRITZ Küsters Nonwoven is one of the world’s leading
suppliers of technologies for the nonwoven industry and of
calenders for the textile industry. The name Küsters is always
associated with the “Swimming Roll”. It revolutionized the
manufacturing and finishing processes in the textile, nonwoven
and paper industry. Only with the deflection-controlled
(Swimming Roll Küsters®) was it possible to overcome the narrow
limitations of web processes. Since the patent registration in
1956 the roll technology has changed greatly and undergone

Erko-Trützschler
Erko-Trützschler is specialized in the production of
machinery for fiber opening and blending, web formation and
needle punching. It is part of Trützschler Nonwoven Group, where
Fleissner and Erko Trützschler work together as system supplier
of nonwovens industry. Fleissner is the specialist for web
bonding such as thermobonding, binder bonding and
hydroentanglement, finishing, drying of nonwovens. Just after

Founded in 1912,
Osthoff Senge is a manufacturer of singeing machines and
have more than 3000 references worldwide. Osthoff Senge has
numerous references in Pakistan and successfully working
with Nazer and Company for the last 50 years.

The company offers
a conventional line for denim finishing with standard
singeing machine. For denim, the Osthoff offers solution for
washing the fabric inlet with scray, VIBRA-PLUS cleaning,
SINGER, VIBRA-PLUS cleaning, 3 or 4 washing compartments to
be fed continuously to Sanfor unit. These days denim fabric
is often washed and relaxed in a 3 or 4 compartment washing
unit, following the singeing machine. Fabric can be batched
or is guided to the finishing unit, and Osthoff machines
offer various machine configurations for efficient
finishing. |
