POWER-FRAME stenters for maximum
requirements
The latest BRÜCKNER POWER-FRAME stenter generation meets
maximum capacity and quality requirements and convinces with
optimum production output and results as well as minimum energy
consumption.
The patented SPLIT-FLOW air circulation system allows to
achieve the highest drying performance; the fully automatic
control and the styles administration ensure exactly
reproducible finishing results. Technically mature heat recovery
and energy saving systems allow to save up to 35 % entry. The
modular design allows an individual adaptation of the line to
the customer's needs.

POWER-RELAX relaxation dryer for an
absolute flexibility of the process
POWER-RELAX stands for tension-free drying, shrinking and
relaxing of knitted fabric in tubular or open form. Three
different versions for a broad range of production quantities
are available. The POWER-RELAX 3 relaxation dryer with 3 fabric
passages and innovative through flow zone is perfect for a
particularly large production quantity. Its new energy saving
concept ensures clear benefits compared to other existing
dryers.
The new concept allows for a potential of up to 20 % savings
of thermal energy with a simultaneous increase of the production
capacity by up to 25 %. An optimized temperature control concept
prevents the yellowing of the fabric and allows an additional
energy saving potential In addition the best reproducible
residual shrinkage is achieved.
POWER-COMPACT universal compactor
for big production quantities
This BRÜCKNER high-capacity compactor stands for excellent
compacting results with production quantities of up to 12 t per
day and production speeds of up to 45 m/min. As last finishing
process the compacting is of decisive importance for aspect and
quality of the fabric before cutting and make-up.
The technologically mature POWER-COMPACT concept allows the
user to achieve excellent shrinking values, a voluminous touch
of the fabric and a silky shining effect on the fabric surface.

POWER-SLIT cutting and opening unit
for tubular knitted fabric
This cutting and opening unit in high-quality stainless steel
design meets even the highest requirements with production
speeds of 80 - 100 m/min. High-tech sensor technology allows to
cut and open sensitive knitted fabric in tubular form with low
tension and friction.
POWER-STRETCH squeezing unit
for tubular knitted fabric
BRÜCKNER POWER-STRETCH allows the dewatering, softener
impregnation and width stretching of tubular knitted fabric with
only one machine. The special BRÜCKNER squeezing rollers with
optimum rubber coating guarantee an excellent and uniform
dewatering of the fabric. In the second trough our innovative
system allows to apply softener uniformly onto the fabric, which
leads to the best fabric qualities and reduces in addition the
portion of softener in the exhaust water extremely compared to
results of a dyeing machine for tubular fabric.
The new magnetic spreader with continuously adjustable
overfeed allows an over stretching of the fabric without marks.
It is not necessary to change the spreader when the fabric width
is being changed.
