The Superwet type (patented) new temperature and humidity control system can be used for all blotch prints vaporization except for those with indanthrene print.

The system is ideal for printing with reagent coloring agents and it is even essential on completely blotch prints or on those having huge masses. Furthermore, the machine is already equipped with modulating decimal temperature control.

The introduction of blotch prints with reagent coloring agents can cause temperature increase due to the exothermic reaction effect.

It is true that the machine is equipped with a temperature control system and consequent humidity control, since they are linked to one another, but it is also true that water mixing time, sprinkled out of the pump aimed at temperature lowering, is so long as to allow a real temperature variance and related humidity from the prefixed temperature.

Temperature preservation and humidification new system is being patented. Created in 2006, it has already been welcomed by customers who had the chance to test it.

The new system consisting of the application of a series of motorized butterfly valves through which air flowing is allowed in line with any steam recycling fan.
