UltraSoft – Terry fabric finishing
range
UltraSoft designed by Texlink professionals for terry towel,
piles fabrics finishing. This processing range had been
installed at many towel, polar fleece manufacturers. UltraSoft
processing range offers the following equipment for high
performance and efficiency production: Hydroextractor, Detwister,
Padder, Cylinder Dryer, Continuous Tumble Dryer, Slitter,
Hemmer.
TCO – Fully auto centrifugal
hydroextractor
TCO is a high efficiency hydroextractor for fabric after
dyeing or washing, 70% of water inside the fabric was extracted
through this hydroextracting, Compared with the traditional
hydroextractor TCO has cast iron machine base to ensure even
running.

Driving motor is installed in the bottom of machine for
maximum output. It also includes frequency speed control and an
electric brake unit (EBU) to reduce mechanical maintenance.
TDTW - Automatic detwister
TDTW is a fully automatic de-twisting machine, the rope
fabrics are de-twisted with one operator to go through the next
open width processing.
It includes photo-electronic auto control detwisting head,
speed control by frequency inverter and photo-electronic fabric
centering device.
TPAD – Squeezing Padder
TPAD Padder is designed for chemical padding and moisture
control for fabric, three padding rollers installed with
different hardness rubber coating, according to processing, the
padding pressure are controlled by Pneumatic Cylinder.

TCLD – Cylinder pre-dryer
TCLD Cylinder dryer increased production capacity in
“UltraSoft” processing. The treated fabrics are controlled with
reasonable moisture ratio by TCLD, then goes to continuous
tumbling. More then 30% of production capacity increased due to
reduced production cost.
TCTD – Continuous tumble dryer for
terry towels
TCTD is made up and fixed by hot air. The key technology is
hot air duct designed to keep the reasonable hot air flow to fix
the piles. TCTD applicable to: terry towel fabric, hometextiles
(sofa, curtain fabric, etc), polar fleece, car decoration
fabric, plush, blanket, etc.
TCTD is equipped with advanced control technology and fully
automatic. TCTD continuous tumble dryer is the key technology
and equipment of UltraSoft processing. Piles fabric handle and
feel becomes soft and thick by It offers continuous stainless
steel tumbling duct, high efficiency heat exchange and high
performance blower with frequency inverter control.

TSLT – Terry towel slitting machine
TSLT Automatic terry towel slitting machine is designed for
slitting for terry towel fabric. For example, the four pieces of
linked towel are produced by weaving looms together, after
drying. TSLT can automatically cut accordingly in one go. TSLT
offers photoelectronic edge follower, high speed slitting knife
and Photoelectronic centering device.
TACS – Continuous longitudinal
hemming machine for terry towels
TACS automatic longitudinal hemming machine is designed for
longitudinal edge sewing of terry towel, centering device guide
accurate the towel inside the sewing head, the sewing head
automatically finished the sewing job to save labor. TACS
equipped with photoelectronic centering loading device,
photoelectronic pile line follower auto sewing head adjusting
device and unloading layout plaiter.
