JAKAZOL DS Dyes
An ISO 9001-2000 certified company, Jay Chemicals are

reactive industrial dyes and dye intermediate. Recently, Jay
Chemicals Industries has introduced JAKAZOL DS for Deep Shades.
JAKAZOL DS, the range of reactive dyes offers high color
yield in dyeing process. These have been designed to meet the
extra ordinary wet fastness requirements of today’s retailers
for very deep shades.
The selected trichome in the range offers economical dark
shades with unprecedented depths along with the full spectrum of
Blacks. Inevitably the intelligent chemistry of the chromophores
and the multi functionality of the reactive groups compliment
the overall performance of these dyes
Jakazol Orange DS, Red DS and Navy DSG offer the highest
build-up of all Jakazol dyes, as a result extremely dark shades
are not only possible to dye successfully but also economically.
DS-trichromate offers much superior reproducibility in the
process and are less susceptible to small variations in the
dyeing process, thus RFT levels are better over the
conventional, where as sensitive dark shades like deep coffees,
chocolates, olives and black tints from charcoal to jet blacks
can be dyed successfully.
Like all other JAKAZOL & JAKOFIX reactive dyes they meet and
fulfils all the requirement of ecology.
