New improved service benefits from Monforts

New hotline telephone number speeds connection to Monforts service and spare parts specialists. To further improve its service and spare parts ‘back-up’, Monforts has announced a new hotline central telephone number speeding connection to the service and spare parts specialists; further reducing waiting time on the phone.

The system is self-intelligent’ and provides easy and fast communication with Monforts service- and spare parts- specialists. The number is +49 2161 401 236 (available during regular working hours CET). This is just one feature of Monforts improved Service organization.

Additional service activities

The company is placing increased emphasis on its service activities providing new services such as:

  • Machine modernisation (mechanic and/or electronic components).
  • Energy consumption optimization (for a reduction in energy) i.e. retrofitting heat recovery modules or exhaust air cleaning equipment with low maintenance and high effectivity.
