Bruckner and Nazer offer on site
training at Sadaqat and Luckytex Textile mills in Pakistan
|
For decades the
family-run company BRÜCKNER with head office and production
site in Germany is specialized with great success on
tailor-made lines and complete systems for textile
finishing. Bruckner and its agent in Pakistan Nazer and
Company hosted a seminar at two of the leading textile mills
in Pakistan namely, Sadaqat Textile Mills Ltd. from
Khurianwala, Faisalabad and LUCKY TEX from S.I.T.E.,Karachi.
The main topics include maintenance of machines, lubricants
and dyeing process on Stenter. The second session included
on the machine training for proper operation and lubrication
followed by a presentation on the advantages and savings
with Heat Recovery, Coating on Stenter and new developments
by Bruckner. |
The new POWER-FRAME stenter generation is characterized by
the proven and patented SPLIT-FLOW air circulation system
achieving an optimum temperature distribution across the
complete dryer length and width. This is particularly important
for heat-setting processes and in the end decisive for the
quality of the fabric. With the MULTI-CONTROL PLUS machine
control an easy reproducibility of production data is ensured
since more than 500 different recipes can be memorized. The
preparation times are thus short and a uniformly high fabric
quality with heat-setting processes is ensured.
The POWER-FRAME stenter is with its newly developed entry
system perfectly suited for the finishing of highly elastic
knitted and woven fabric. A support belt in the entry area
provides for an absolutely gentle and tension-free fabric
transport.
With the newly designed energy saving systems BRÜCKNER
achieved to make the stentering processes even more profitable.
In this context, a very unique and interesting seminar was
organized by Nazer and Brückner jointly inside Sadaqat Textile
Mills Ltd. Faisalabad and Luckytex.
