Effective from April 1st, Viktor Leendertz has replaced Harry Dobrowolski as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of DyStar. Harry Dobrowolski has been appointed Chief Transformation Officer (CTO). DyStar CEO J. Mark Allan commented: "Viktor and Harry have proven to be excellent people with a great talent to develop strategic solutions and to give guidance in difficult times. In their new positions, both will play major roles in the restructuring of DyStar.”

Viktor Leendertz was previously serving as Vice President Finance. Earlier, he was Head of Division Controlling Textile Solutions and Regional CFO for the Region Asia/Pacific at DyStar. Before Harry Dobrowolski became CFO of DyStar, he was Regional CFO, responsible for the Region Americas. In his new position, he will exclusively attend to the current transformation processes at DyStar.
