Minimum investment maximum productivity

The shuttle machines only use every second or third stitch or
even fewer embroidering areas for multi-color embroidery – i.e.
only a minor part of the capital invested in them. In case of
the ZSK yardage embroidery machine six or nine colors are
available depending on the head spacing without deactivating
embroidery heads.

Smart solutions by head-selection
Any head at any time can be selected without manually
switching heads on and off being supported by the ZSK digitizing
software, data code and machines. Thanks to the so-called
“automatic head selection” and the extended pantograph movement,
an embroidery head can also embroider the neighboring embroidery
field.
A sequin device is installed only on every second head. By
means of the head selection, these sequin devices are activated
and can embroider also in the neighboring repeat. The so called
“pull-through” technology allows the production of yardage goods
by pulling through the embroidered fabric over the entire length
of the border frame.
