Xorella’s
XO-Series energy saving vacuum conditioning and heat
setting machines have been well received by customers
since its launching. The new XO-series uses key components
with high quality and excellent engineering in both
performance and reliability to help the customers to save
the energy consumption by 15-25%. Cornerstone of the new
series is the advanced XO-steaming system, which uses the
renowned intermediate vacuum technology and combines with
internally produced 100% saturated steam to effectively
condition, set, pre-shrinkage and relax the textile
products. |
From the standpoint of the customers, the Swiss designed
XO-series machines incorporate the ecology concept to offer an
unprecedented low energy consumption and an incredible simple
design with minimum maintenance requirement to meet the lowest
process cost and highest quality requirements. The operational
efficiency is significantly improved by automatic loading
platform. Numerous XO - series machines have already been in
operation in China, India and other countries. XORELLA deliver
excellent service, product quality and continuous innovations
that are driven by market needs. Innovative products, systems
and services are available to fully take care of the
requirements in textile conditioning, textile heat-setting and
sanitizing. And offer thermo-dynamically correct,
environmentally sound, and world class quality
engineered/manufactured products and solutions.
Leading yarn spinners, textile institutes, and experts
recognize that the XORELLA® process enhances yarn quality, which
leads to increased productivity in the fabric formation
processes and eventually improved quality of the garment
products. In 1995, a patented new link system and an automatic
overhead door design followed. 1999, a rectangular machine for
Euro-pallets and the patented "ECO" energy saving system was
ready to enter successfully the market. In 2002, the founder
and owner of XORELLA® sold his company to Fong's Industries Co.,
Ltd. For this, the Group formed Xorella Hong Kong Ltd. to
acquire Xorella AG, Wettingen (CH). The move marked a further
step toward diversification and also underlined the Group's
strategy for providing a "one stop shop service" to the textile
industry. At Xorella AG, there are around 15 specialists taking
care of Engineering, design and R&D for the company.

Chinese Manufacturing
FONG’S INDUSTRIES GROUP and its flagship subsidiary Fong’s
National Engineering Company have been recognized in the global
textile manufacturing community as world class producers of
dyeing and finishing machinery. The manufacturing facility in
Shenzhen PRC operates with most modern machining tools and
equipment, and the company is certified according to latest
European and USA standards of manufacturing, engineering and
quality assurance.

XORELLA’s latest technical development, the “XO-Steaming
system” combines total ecology through lowest energy and water
consumption, with the unique indirect finishing treatment to
meet lowest process cost and highest quality requirements. The
XO-Process for vacuum steaming of textiles uses indirect, 100%
saturated steam and the renowned XO-Intermediate Vacuum
Procedure for best steaming results. The XO-Intermediate Vacuum
Procedure is a pre-requisite to guarantee even treatment of the
textile material and to assure the correctness of the process.
