High Speed Drying
Santex Group has proven expertise in the developments of its
dryers. Santex Santashrink dryer is leading in the tensionless
drying, relaxation and shrinkage of knitted and woven fabrics.
The Santashrink Super Jumbo dryer reassures the newest state of
the art technologies concerning software and operating process,
combined with the latest findings of air technology. The
restudied air nozzle system combined with intelligent process
management achieves the highest evaporation capacities and in
addition excellent residual shrinkage results.

Santashrink Super Jumbo
The Santashrink Super Jumbo was installed at Ari Tekstil in
Turkey has exceeded all expectations. Mr. Ari stated that, “he
is delighted with the high performance of the dryer. Ari Tekstil
is processing tubular knits as well as open width knits and due
to the excellent performance of the machine, they have partly
switched production from their stenter frames to the Santashrink
Super Jumbo due to following features:
- Higher productivity.
- Much lower production costs.
- Better quality in shrinkage values and hand feel.
Other important solutions provided
are summarized below:
- Curly selvedge problem solved supported by powerful
selvedge dryers.
- Saving in compaction capacities due to high shrinkage

ENAIRSAVE - the ideal energy saving
system
The energy optimized Santashrink Super Jumbo Santex offers an
additional energy saving system. The ENAIRSAVE system achieves
thermo efficiencies of more than 74%. The system is based on a
rotating disc equipped with lamellae with a high surface which
leads the exhaust air through it, creating high turbulence and
avoiding pressure loss. It allows a high return on the
investment period depending on the cost of electricity, gas or
thermo oil in each country. Considering the continuous increase
of energy costs worldwide this system enjoys already a high
reputation.
