twisting machine Volkmann FusionTwister
It is the new two-for-one twisting machine for staple fiber
yarns. But it is in particular a new development with futuristic
answers to trends such as finer yarn counts and the reality of
increasing energy prices. These answers have been integrated
into the Volkmann FusionTwister. It replaces the very successful
FOCUS and widens considerably the spectrum of production
possibilities.

The Allma TechnoCorder TC-S with its precision winding is the
ideal production machine, guaranteeing optimal quality and
maximum productivity. Precision winding, twisting packages with
a high density and excellent further processing properties
become a routine occurrence. With a wide yarn count range of 235
to 45000 dtex and delivery speeds of up to 350 m/min, it sets
standards in economic efficiency, quality, safety and user
friendliness. The gauge increase to 830 mm means that also
coarse industrial yarns can be ideally twisted, considerably
widening the machine’s spectrum to benefit the yarn
