Founded in 1913, the family-owned
company Reseda Binder. have been specializing in the
research, development and production of paraffin wax rolls
for four generations now. These wax rolls are used on
spinning- and winding-machines for waxing yarn threads
with the aim of reducing yarn friction down to a minimum
and of increasing machine runtime and efficiency in this
way. Based on this long-standing experience and unequalled

Due to their superior quality and workmanship, Reseda
Binder‘s products are not only being recommended by leading
textile machinery manufacturers, such as RIETER INGOLSTADT, W.
SCHLAFHORST AG & CO., METTLER, SSM, etc. for use on their
machines, but Messrs. SCHLAFHORST and RIETER do even equip new
units leaving their plants with a complete set of Reseda-wax
rolls.
Reseda Binder are offering top-qualities of the NATURAFIN-series,
which comply with the highest technical and environmental
standards, but do also create very special qualities in close
cooperation with their customers in order to provide the most
appropriate quality for each customer’s individual purpose. Only
recently, Reseda Binder emerged with new special qualities for
the steaming process: these qualities will allow steaming
temperatures up to 75°C while providing the optimum paraffin
application to the yarn. The result: more moisture in the yarn
combined with excellent yarn runs and a higher machine
efficiency.
The fact that RESEDA-wax rolls comply with highest
technological standards is only one important feature, as
RESEDA-BINDER have always been attaching great importance also
to environmental demands: RESEDA-wax rolls are manufactured in
accordance with the requirements of the Oeko-Tex-Standard 115 (a
standard for baby articles certifying that the products do not
contain any toxic or harmful substances) and are 100%
bio-degradable in nature according to the OECD-Test Method 301B.
But besides the ecological aspect, the use of RESEDA-wax
rolls implies numerous advantages for customers that really pay
in the end: less yarn breakages, optimum paraffin application to
the yarn, considerable reduction of yarn friction, less
pollution of the machines and therefore a longer runtime and
higher machine efficiency.
