Lenzing Supervisory Board confirms nominated Management Board

At Supervisory Board meeting of Lenzing AG Mr. Peter Untersperger was appointed Chairman of the Board from 1 January 2009. Mr Friedrich Weninger was appointed Member of the Board for a period of three years.

Consequently, the Board of Management as per 1.1.2009 consist of:

  • Peter Untersperger, Chairman of    the Board.
  • Christian Reisinger, Member of      the Board.
  • Friedrich Weninger, Member of      the Board.
