SUESSEN Ring spinning and Open-End Solutions

During INDIA-ITME in Bangalore, SUESSEN presented the new EliTe®CompactSet V5 with the optional applications EliTwist® and the new core yarn attachment COREflex® (= EliCoreTwist®), processing 100% cotton into a twoply core yarn with the yarn count Ne 120/2 at a spindle speed of 20,000 rpm. The new generation EliTwist® CompactSet V5 processes 100% cotton into EliTwist®Yarn Ne 120/2 (compact two-ply yarn directly from the ring spinning machine). The system is equipped with:

• COREflex® – the new SUESSEN Core Yarn System for ring spinning machines in Compact Spinning and conventional ring spinning.

• 5star®Tube – the new EliTube design.

• HP-GX 3010 Top Weighting Arm.

• ACP – Quality Package – better fiber guidance for better yarn quality. ACP solutions available for top weighting arm models HP-GX, HP-A, PK type and P3-1.

• EliVAControl V.2 – Monitoring of the suction power.

• EliVario – frequency controlled drive of the EliVAC Suction System.

The new HP-GX Top Weighting Arm Family:

• HP-GX 4010 – for roving frames.
