Precision Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai, India, manufacturer of PRECITEX brand cots and aprons, are the largest manufacturer of cots and aprons in India. They are also the largest exporter and have won several export awards from the Govt. of India.

They export their products to various countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Egypt, Turkey, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Latin American countries.

PRECITEX had participated in INDIA ITME 2008 and displayed their entire range of products. They had show-cased their High Performance (HP) series of cots and aprons which were well received by the customers. Some of the important products are:

1. HP B 65 Cot : This cot is offered for front line application for conventional ring spinning machine and also for compact spinning machine. This is a 65 deg. shore hardness cot having excellent resilience thus offering very good yarn quality.

2. Conductive Cots: This is a very unique concept introduced for the first time by PRECITEX.  The properties of synthetic rubber are modified so that the accumulated charges are conducted very easily.

This minimizes the common problems of roller lapping as well as fly liberation. Conductive cots are offered in 83 deg. shore hardness (HP G 83) as well as 78 deg. shore hardness (HP BL 78) for High Speed Draw Frame, Combing Machinery as well as Roving Frame.

3. HP Series Aprons: “HP” Series Aprons are offered for fine performance and longer life. “HP HKE” series aprons are offered for ring frame application for cotton yarn counts and “HP WB 6640” as well as “HP WH 6680” are offered for multiple applications.
