Therefore, ZTT Group of Companies has picked up the lead and presented now a revolutionary new flatbed printing machine: VisionScreen BLADE.

Key points are fastest possible movements, all directly controlled by specially developed electronic drives, each movement fine-tuned in steps of 0,1 seconds, allowing as such a speed of up to 31 strokes per minute, and yet the simplest possible electronic control concept ever seen in a printing machine. Of course and as usual for any Zimmer High Quality printing machine, the basic framework, the crossbeams, and every part of the machine, is designed as solid and strong as it can be. Rigidity is one of the traditionally well known assets of all Zimmer Textile printing machines.

Only high quality materials like stainless steel, powder coated steel parts, specially treated Aluminium and of course synthetics are used to compose this new and revolutionary textile printing machine.

On the occasion of the ITME INDIA in Bangalore, the first of its kind of this new VisionScreen flatbed printing machine has been running live in action with counted 31 strokes per minute.
