Spyra: continuous/discontinuous tumbling machine

Recently the research and innovation of Biancalani resulted in a new machinery, SPYRA, that in a little more than two years from its presentation, has already been installed in many mills all over the world.
The latter machine, which is absolutely original and innovative, is the exact type of convincing response to the production needs of every customer, thanks to its ability to adapt itself both to large standardised productions and also to small, more differentiated productions. With its ten tumblers, SPYRA carries out a continuous rope-form softening and drying treatment, and confers the utmost natural compaction which a textile product is capable of obtaining. In practice, it is the replica of the traditional tumbler treatment but has been made continuous: a new instrument for a high-quality result!
And just recently the new SPYRA 6 Compact has been announced. This version, which has 6 tumblers for both continuous and discontinuous treatments as always, completes the SPYRA range, and is intended for all companies that require quality and added value in their products, but also efficacy and productive functionality. MILLA® is the newcomer for traditional milling machines. It features four channels, high capacity and a high quality/price ratio. Thanks to the use of the most up to date technologies available such as PLC, operator panel with touch-screen and inverters for the control of the main motor of the milling cylinders, Milla guarantees great productivity, reliability, easy maintenance and simplicity of use. The machine is provided with an automatic pneumatic lightening system for the upper roller, to avoid squeezing and/or creasing of the fabric. Moreover, an air jet device provides a safe rope opening at the exit of the milling plate. As always, Biancalani encounters the market and creates a trend.
