New High-Production Card

Trützschler introduced a new High-Production Card TC 03 at the ITMA in Birmingham and later at ShanghaiTex in China. The Trützschler Card TC 03 is the result of a well-planned far-sighted and continuous development and will consequently extend the series of successful Trützschler high-production cards.

Draw frame TD 03

The Card TC 03 is the logical development of the highly successful DK 903 card. More than 10,000 DK 903 cards have been installed in spinning mills all over the world from 1995 to 2003.The Trützschler card TC 03 offers:

Draw Frame TD 03
In case of Draw frame TD 03, differential gears, angular gears and change wheels are replaced by three computer-controlled direct drives. It is an outstanding feature of this draw frame. The mature engineering, compact construction, ease of operation and low level of maintenance required on theTD 03 set new standards for draw frame technology.
