It cannot be denied that domestic machinery manufacturers have an important share in the current position of Turkish textile industry. Turkish textile machinery and accessory industrialists. have now chosen new targets. The first and most important target of this association is, of course, the sale of machinery and equipment in world markets. Other targets are to reach world quality standards and to form their own technologies. According to Mr. Mustafa Sener, Chairman Temsad, “We hope that Turkish textile sector will take a big share in the world markets and will become the leading industry in our country”.

Textile Printing Technology

Established in 1982 by Mr.Ersom Altaylar is now one of the leading companies in textile printing

technology. Following the technological improvements and supplying these improvements with many years experience to the production of the machine to produce reliable machines.
These machines are able to print on every kind of wood, leather, cloth etc. with single colour to sixteen colours. The Machine operates safely with PLC control system, with a working principle of machine is based on pneumatic system in order to ensure easy use of machine.

MERSAN
Compactors and other finishing machines
Mersan Paslanmaz Makina San ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. was founded in 1983. In those years various machines were manufactured for textile finish and dyeing sectors. In 1990 mass production of decating calander machines as well as Balloon Squeezing, thermo-setting machines and compactors made their debut and now as a result of the studies and research, all parts of the machinery are standardised and a great importance was paid to the fact that a huge spare parts stock is available.

The vaporating unit spreads steam homogeneously in the fabric and on the side where the fabric touches the felt, which is around the cylinders found at different angles, can be pressed and fixed

with the means of the area changes that appear on the surface of the fabric. After the non - shrinking process, the fabric appears compact and full.

With MERSANFOR, it is possible to use different kinds of fabric like cotton, cotton / polyester, lycra fabric of nylon mixtures manufactured with fibres with or without cotton thread, single jersey, pique, interlock, two yarn fleece or other fabrics.

After the last wash and dry of the MERSANFOR, the dimension stability of the fabric is between 0 and 3%.

When the fabrics are sewn together successively, it is possible to reach high quality and made by Mersan production. The machines are stainless and scratch resistant and are painted with powder coating and oven dried.

Ultra X4 balloon squeezing
The Mersan ULTRA X4 allows the extrusion of fabrics knitted by hybrid yarns of every kind in the first chamber and the second chamber may be used for softening, siliconizing and finishing.
Open-width Damp compactor

The rotor dampening system is a technique developed for knitted fabrics. This machine is used for wetting the material's webs in a homogenous way, and for applying-level concentrates having a low water content. It is homogeneously applied across the entire width of the fabric without touching it. This machine consists of two units:1)Central liquid feeding unit and 2) Fabric dampening unit.

CMS
DYEING & FINISHING MACHINERY
Canlar Makina San Tic Ltd Sti (CMS) manufacturers fabric dyeing machines with capacity from 25 kg up to 1200 kg in addition to drying machines and stenters. So far they have more than 200 machines working in Turkey.

The production plant is about 15,000 sqm covered area with 120 employees and qualified engineers. The CMS 01 H.T. TECHSoft-PLUS in 1200Kg capacity is quite suitable for contract dyeing houses.

BALKAN
Willomat
The Balkan Willomat machine comprises of Feeding Band, Progressive Cleaner, Condenser, Feeding Chamber, and Electric Panel with Timer. The Willomat is an ideal machine for opening and cleaning cotton weave waste.

The waste that is to be cleaned can be placed on the feeding band manually. The Feeding Band will carry the material to the progressive cleaner periodically, for a preset time. The progressive cleaner comprises of six beaters. Underneath five of the beaters, there are steel grids adjustable from the outside. The 3600 m3/h capacity Condenser takes the material from the top beater of the progressive cleaner, removes the dust and returns it to the progressive cleaner. This process is repeated until the preset time relay stops it.

The cleaning time and the grid settings can be adjusted to give the optimum result for the material being processed.

After the end of the cleaning period, a third timer starts working. This relay sets the unloading, and controls the unloading valve. As a lot of waste material is generated during the cleaning process, it is sucked out by an aspirator placed underneath the progressive cleaner.

CHENILLE& FANCY YARN MACHINERY

Huzur Machinery is quite known in Pakistan as they have already been exporting to Latin American, some European, North African, Middle Eastern and several other Asian countries.
Chenille Yarn Machine with Rotary Blade produces chenille yarn easily from acrylic, viscose, cotton, polyester, polyproplane, due to uniform quality that comes with rotary blade.
Regafil Fancy Yarn Machine comes with the system of pierced spindle and ringed spindle.Fancy yarn can be produced from yarn and fiber both. It can be adjusted with 10 variable times and 10 variable speeds in order to produce yarns such as nope, shantique and flam. The regafil produced fancy yarn is used in many sectors, from weaving for apparel to knitwear, furnishing fabrics and curtains.

FINISHING MACHINES
Elektroteks manufactures double drum raising machines and single head shearing machines for the industry. Single or Double drum raising machines by this comapny are used for both woven and knitted fabrics and is available in working widths from 1800 mm to 3400 mm. Other advantages include:

QUALITY SPARE PARTS FOR LOOMS
Tum Kalip Ltd in Istanbul, Turkey has been manufacturing quality spare parts for projectile looms for over 15 years. The founder Mr. Tumer C.Uprak, started his career in Turkey’s largest shipyard company as a reliability engineer in 1970s. He established his factory to manufacture spare parts for looms. The first products were spare parts for Saurer, SACM, Picanol shuttle and rapier loom parts (1982-83). They designed and manufactured a rapier weaving loom for the Turkish weavers (1985). Entema Double Pass Relax Dryer available in Belt width of 1600 to 3200 mm with best speeds ranging from 0 to 40 m/min. The double pass dryer offers double feeding for more shrinkage.

As known, in relax dryer, while the fabric has been carried by conveyor belt, it has also forced to sinusodial movement by the effect of air jets, and this makes the fabric shrink on length but expand on width, so it's trying to come back it's natural form.
In Entema double pass dryer, the upper pass gets hard drying but less feeding, and the lower pass gets second and more feeding. This system has designed by the effect of the idea of it will offer better shrinkage and less than 40% humidity of fabric, and it has given satisfactory results.

SENER
FINISHING MACHINES

Sener manufacturers various finishing equipment such as mercerizing range, open width washing machine, automatic sueding machines and yarn dyeing equipment and jiggers. The Sener range of mercerizing machines are able to offer Hot - or cold mercerizing as per customer's demand. The 12 tons pad-mangles in mercerizing machine consist of steel and covered by polyurethane rollers. The adjusting system of caustic's density provide equal density from beginning to end of process. Open width washing range for the washing of open-width fabrics made from 100% cotton, polyester, viscose, wool and their blends. The washboxes are made from stainless steel AISI 316.
