The HYPERPUNCH technology for the Dilo DI-LOUR
IV machine was presented during ITMA 2003 for the
first time. Together with the new advanced technology
the DI-LOUR IV allows finest scale patterns of rib-,
diagonal-, diamond and hob nail patterns.
The HYPERLAYER is a completely new Dilo crosslayer
design and will be presented during spring 2004
to the textile public. The new high-speed crosslayers
HYPERLAYER are double apron layers, which conduct

from the web in-feed to the lay-down position. The model
series is divided into different types of crosslayers,
depending on the web-infeed speeds. The HYPERLAYER HLSC
achieves a web-infeed speed of up to 300 m/min by using
carbon fibre composites to reduce kinetic mass and to
reach highest acceleration speeds. The Robot-arm principle
and Siemens high-torque motors contribute to these unrivalled
performance data. The model series HYPERLAYER is available
for web-infeed widths of up to 3.50 m and layering widths
of up to 10 m.

Spinnbau Delta Card
Spinnbau is the leader in carding machines for all
sectors of nonwoven production. The Spinnbau cards
are applied for all types of nonwovens and are the
central component for controlling productivity and
quality in needling lines, thermobonding and thermofusion
lines, in lines for water entanglement and chemical
bonding.
The new DeltaCard offers new possibilities for
improvements of quality and productivity in the
production of disposables.

The improvement in the web is achieved by means of the
Spinnbau Delta transfer unit, the random rolls and preserved
through the new Sigma doffing system.
Dilo System Group
The third branch in the Dilo company is the Dilo System
Group which is the leading engineering department for
complete nonwoven lines worldwide. Together with the most
sophisticated suppliers of nonwoven machinery and equipment
the DSG works as a general contractor in planning, sales,
installation and start up of nonwoven installations. These
installations cover the field of geo- and domestic textiles,
automotive and technical applications, artificial leather
and natural fibre fabrics together with lightweight web
applications and their use in cosmetics, medicine and
