The newly developed SantaBrush ensures uniform gentle surface treatment with continuously variable brush effect on dry fabric, with extremely high reproducibility of the desired final fabric appearance. The soft velvety handle of the fabric improves the marketability of corresponding qualities which have a basic quality that tends to be on the hard side. Sperotto Rimar
Sperotto Rimar produces machinery for preparation of dry finishing of woven fabrics, made of cotton, synthetic fibre or blends, especially for lightweight, sensitive and highly elastic products.
The main products are:
· Flexa: Shrinkage plant for a perfect dimensional stability.
· Flexa Denim: For preparation & finishing of denim fabric with Singeing, skewing, washing, drying & shrinkage
Other operations and machines include Acti Wash for washing bleached or dyed fabrics and Nova for removal of fats, wax & oil from woven & warp knitted fabrics. Debaca is a continuous process for alkaline treatment of weft warp polyester. Santasuede is multi roller sanding & sueding machine, Santabrush for gentle treatment of fabric by brushing. Santasoft for softening of fabric.
Cavitec
Cavitec AG was established in 1996 by combining the activities of two very reputable companies: Caratsch AG and Villars AG. Santex Nonwoven was then added at the beginning of 2003. Hence, the company is based on over 50 years of experience and tradition.
NEW 4 hotmelt systems on the same machine
The first time there is the possibility to operate 4 different hotmelt coating technologies on the same laminating plant. At the beginning the customer can start with one system and later retrofit further coating modules. The modules available are:
