FA496A computerized linkage high speed suspend
Simplex machine (Flyer Roving Frame) that adopt the advanced
PLCNC digital control technique. It has got rid of the
cone drum structure mechanical-electrical integration.
The machine is suitable for pure or blended
processing of carded or combed cotton fibre and artificial
fibre, processing the drawing sliver into roving of various
counts and twist.
· Spindle bars & winding components adopt attached
gears and synchronous belt to transmit power, so the running
speed is high with very low noise.
· The machine is equipped with prevent pinched
yarn device in order to prevent the creation of unexpected
drafting when switched or opened.
· 4 rollers with double short aprons drafting system.
It can be fitted with either Chinese YJ4-190X4 pendulum
weighting arm or German SKF-PK 1500 type of pendulum weighting
arm.
· Traveling blower & sucking device improves
the work environment.
· Nearly all gears are helical gears and the drafting
gears are machined with grinding to ensure smooth and
low noise transmission of drive power.
· Reliable & effective photo-electrical inspection

Pinter offers Merlin - the new compact spinning frame
for all types of yarns including slub, core yarn, siro,
etc. Basically, this spintester allows the spinner to
test and produce results for sampling and laboratory use.
At IGATEX 2004, the 6 spindle model will
be available for interested spinners. Model SPA603 (6
spindles) & SPA1803 (18 spindles) with drafting arm
of PK2025 has a maximum spindle speed of upto 23,400 rpm.
