Nonwovens technologies for staple fibre processes

The Dilo Group will be present on the IGATEX in Pakistan in hall 4 under the umbrella of AHS Textile Machinery Company. The ability of Dilo, Spinnbau and the Dilo System Group to cover all nonwovens technologies for staple fibre processes will be the highlight of the promotion during the exhibition.
Especially the Dilo System Group as general contractor for complete nonwoven lines represents the experience of more than 100 successful

installations worldwide. These projects cover the field of geo- and domestic textiles, automotive and technical applications, artificial leather and natural fibre fabrics together with lightweight web applications and their use in cosmetics, medicine and hygiene.
New Spinnbau DeltaCard
The new Spinnbau DeltaCard offers new possibilities in the field of disposable applications especially for spunlace technologies. With the Delta transfer unit, the patented random roll technology and the Sigma Doffing system the web can be designed to the needs of the end product.
New Dilo DI-LOUR Hyperpunch technology
The new Dilo DI-LOUR Hyperpunch technology is best suited for automotive interior applications. Together with the new ADVANCE technology one can create extremely fine pitch patterns, diagonals or herringbone structures.

Crosslayer technology Hyperlayer
Dilo will also present an in-depth view of the new crosslayer technology HYPERLAYER in the Paktistan market for the first time.
Dilo has decided to introduce to the market its own crosslayer earlier than originally planned. The Dilo crosslayer design was originally aimed at the high speed application segment with web infeed speeds of up to 300 m/min. However, Dilo crosslayers of the model series HYPERLAYER will now also include the following model types:
· Dilo HYPERLAYER type HLSC, web infeed speed up to 300 m/min.
· Dilo HYPERLAYER type HLS, web infeed speed up to 220 m/min.
· Dilo HYPERLAYER type HL, web infeed speed up to 150 m/min.

The above model series will accomodate all layering widths up to 10 m and all infeed widths of up to 3.5 m.
Recent performance evaluations have been successfully conducted with promising results. The totally new design concept, which employs a dual screen belt system, will lead to the break-through into the high-speed ranges of over 200 m/min and provides a logical transition to the high web speeds of Spinnbau cards.
A Dilo crosslayer of the model series HYPERLAYER HLSC 25/35 will be installed in their demonstration center and will be available for customer trials.
