unevenness and corresponding structural character of yarns,
roving, slivers which are spun with cotton, wool, flax
and short synthetic fiber. It is very important for quality
assurance of yarns in textile industry.

The yarns draft system takes advantage of Panasonic AC
Servo system. The host uses Pentium processor, monitoring
programme runs on the windows 98 platform, operating conveniently.
The installation has been equipped with the yarn expert
analyzing and diagnosing system which can analyze level
of 1 value and CV value, and judges status of textile
device in term of spectrogram, finds where the devices
are out of order or have faults. Compact structure, novel
shape, complete functions, high reliability, a great deal
of output information and a high ratio between performance
and cost.
