One of the trademarks of the new POWER-LINE single-layer stenter is a combined fresh air/exhaust air concept with automatic air flow control to achieve a minimum energy consumption. The

advantages: Ideal adjustment of the exhaust and fresh air volumes to the drying and heat-setting processes by exhaust air humidity control and targeted fresh air supply to the individual compartments. This leads to a considerable increase of the drying capacity and minimizes at the same time the consumption of process heat.

OPTI-SHRINK: Compressive shrinking ranges
OPTI-SHRINK is ideal for finishing woven fabrics, denim and even some delicate knitgoods. Strong arguments in favour of the new compressive shrinking ranges: Optimum compacting effect and thus minimum residual shrinkage; maximum production speed with consistent fabric quality; optimum and uniform fabric appearance and a maximum operating safety.

OPTI-COMPACT - new soft compacting calender
OPTI-COMPACT ensures the soft compacting of high-quality and open-width knitted fabrics. The result: A substantially reduced residual shrinkage potential and an optimum smooth, voluminous fabric hand are achieved.

Pad-Dry-/Thermosol Ranges - new hotflue COLOR-THERM and infrared radiant dryer INFRA-THERM

Hotflue Dryer COLOR-THERM: Behind this innovation stands an absolutely symmetrical, large-volume air circulation system ensuring uniform dyeing results. The large roller diameter and flexible individual drives of all upper rollers ensures a crease-free, low-tension cloth run.

Infrared Radiant Dryer INFRA-THERM: This innovation is based on infrared radiant heaters made of a homogeneous and specially sintered metal filament material, so that the dryer is ready for operation almost immediately. The results: Maximum productivity and reproducibility.

OPTI-RELAX: new relaxation dryer
With the further development of the relaxation dryer OPTI-RELAX, Brückner sets new standards. The efficient drying with OPTI-RELAX leads to a shrink-fast finish with optimum tumbling effect, more bulkiness and a soft, voluminous fabric hand and leads to minimum residual shrinkage results.
