Tajima Industries Limited
At IGATEX 2004 Tajima will be present
with their agent Al-Murtaza and is expected to launch
a 3mm sequin embroidery machine.
According to Mr. Hitoshi Tajima, President
of Tajima Group, “More than 40 years have gone
by since the production of first Tajima embroidery
machine”. He said, "Embroidery adds value
to products such as apparel household textiles and
decorative fabrics." The F&N Series (Flat
type) Embroidery Machine by Tajima is reported to
have a speed of 1100 rpm

and in order to accommodate this high speed
operation following new features have been incorporated.
· Newly designed frame drive method
with AC servo motors including the tall screen drive.
· Rotary type thread tension detecting device is
also available.
Last but not least the thread tension adjustment
response feature has been incorporated for more accurate
stitching. Additional features include embroidery data
management system for review of design name, number of
stitches, number of colours, size of design and numerous
other details such as jog remote controller in order to
remote control the accurate position of the frame.
Nowadays, embroidery concerns in Pakistan demand sequin
devices and automatic lubrication systems in their machines.
The FGN series offers sequin device and
following optionals.
· High speed sequin device for stable
fixing stitches at 1000 r.p.m applicable to sequence spangles
of a diameter of 4 to 9 mm.
