Their manufacturing history dates back to 1965 when they started warp and tappet motion machines (weaving) and cone adapters for autocone winding machines.

Al Ameen Industries manufacture laboratory equipment such as atmospheric & HT dyeing machines as well as wash test, Padder, Thermosol dyeing, pad-steam dyeing machines and steamers. They also manufacture garment washing and dyeing machines, in addition to garment curing machine for wrinkle-free or easy care finish.

Kern Liebers web shop
Kern Liebers as a competent partner for textile knitting industry has presented more than 1,000 innovations over the last two years. The exchange of experience with textile manufacturers from all over the world has opened new horizons for all its customers world-wide.

The new KERN-LIEBERS online catalogue for knitting elements was presented at ITMA 2003, on the website www.kl-direct.de. The registered KERN-LIEBERS customers can identify and order the required knitting elements online in future. The shop system is based on a secure Internet connection and is directly linked to the KERN-LIEBERS ERP system. Once the registration is made, the customer gets the log-in data granting him access to the web shop. A search mask allows selection of the required parts by entering the parameters machine builder, machine type and gauge. Illustrations of all parts that can be printed out in order to identify the types required. Price and availability can be determined per real time enquiry with direct connection to the KERN-LIEBERS SAP R3 system. An order placed via Internet is directly transferred into the KERN-LIEBERS ERP system, further processing is carried out as usual. The customer receives an order confirmation and the shipment is made according to the terms agreed upon.

G - Finish
For the protection of the yarn and the cams, KERN-LIEBERS has developed a special method of rounding the edges: the G-Finish. Since its introduction, this manufacturing process has been continuously optimized, and its rounding qualities have remained unsurpassed. This has also been proved in a recently conducted study. In comparison with knitting elements from other manufacturers, KERN-LIEBERS flat parts have shown considerably better roundness. The advantages of the G-Finish are apparent:

· Even loop formation without stripes or shadows due to rough sinkers
· Long service life and reduced friction between yarn and sinkers.
· Easy processing of elastic yarns and multi-filaments.

Mahlo offers automatic straightening machines
The OPTIPAC process control system, introduced by Mahlo GmbH & Co. KG, is designed for the continuous measurement and control facilities, using intelligent sensors and signal processors. An appropriate module selection can extend the use of the system to any of the other processing machines; dryers, thermosol range, hot flues etc. The Variables that can be measured are the liquor pick-up, exhaust humidity, surface temperature fabric gsm, residual moisture, stretch, and shrinkage.
The central computer of the system can have upto four different sensors and the associated signal processing modules are controlled by a touch screen user interface.

For example, for measuring the liquor pick-up module HMF is used. This is non-contact, microwave, sensor able to measure continuously the liquor composition and pH, and material nature. The measured value of liquor in fabric can be fed to control nip pressure, dryer heating system or line speed.

The Orthomat online straightener detects and automatically re-aligns distorted weft. The opto-electronic scanning system detects and reacts the weft distortion.

Orthomat RFMC - 10A is an ideal machine for heavy duty fabrics. Afroze, Unibro and Nakshbandi have recently upgraded their modular systems with Mahlo series.
