Rotor Spinning frame for the third Millennium
FlexiRotorS 3000/Duo-Spinner

FlexiRotorS 3000® / Duo-Spinner, the rotor spinning frame of the third millennium, represents the most advanced proposal for the entrepreneurs of this new era.

The total electronic control of the yarn winding conditions ensures the production of excellent “certified” packages to feed the loom with working parameters the likes of which have never been seen before and with a density up to 30% higher than what can be obtained on conventional Open End machines.

By simply pressing a key on the computer and with “clean hands”, all the machine working adjustments can be altered.

Higher production capacity
The high performance of the spinning unit, together with the intelligent, high efficient and reliable end-piecing trolleys, translate into production capacities that far exceed all those that were possible before.

Better yarn quality with a "certified package"
Total control of yarn winding conditions guarantees the production of packages with an even and variable density as wanted thanks to a system totally unhindered by any mechanical parts. So we have excellent packages to feed the looms with parameters the likes of which have never been seen before.

Possibility of take-up at variable density, centralised adjustments of the counterweight and friction, speed twists, crosswinding angle, anti-patterning and tension are all operations that can now be done by simply pressing a key on the computer on the spinning manager's desk.
Maximum flexibility

Yarns with different counts can be spun on each front, obviously with different speeds, twists, cross winding angles, modulation and tension by simply pressing a key on the computer on the spinning manager's desk as mentioned above. In addition, the intelligent trolleys go to the aid of the front requiring more interventions.

Maximum economy
Because both front can be used separately, lot change times are halved and the actual number of lots is minimised because packages can be made-up at extra high density with a weight of up to 30% higher than what is possible with the conventional Open-End machines with the same diameter. So we have, besides a higher machine yield, a reduced consumption of tubes, reduced packing and shipping costs of the yarn produced and less yarn waste as well as fewer package changes on the warper and loom creels.

Maximum safety for personnel
Thanks to the control methods and by completely eliminating all gear type control units, the conditions at which the machine is used have now been taken to safety levels that could never have been dreamed of before.

Lower handling costs
Each single machine operation is automatically and constantly monitored and can be controlled on-line by the operator or spinning manager.

Reduced maintenance costs and "clean hands".
Each maintenance job can be programmed for each machine front as well, halving machine downtime costs, eliminating costs for control and consequently increasing the overall capacity of the spinning units.
