YarnMaster Zenit

This fully new online yarn clearing and quality control system for modern winding bases on the vast experience, Loepfe has gained with YarnMaster Spectra and built up on this very successful and leading yarn clearing system. YarnMaster Zenit is focused on the highest requirements for quality control and yarn clearing. It serves as platform for future innovations. YarnMaster Zenit applies a completely new information concept, offers more, however, provides easier understandable information at the winding spindle, in the central unit and in the office.

One can see that it offers additional, focused - easy to understand - information.
Central unit
The new central unit with integrated printer for central operation of the YarnMaster Zenit installation. The large, graphic-capable colour touchscreen is a real eyecatcher. All yarn clearer settings can be looked over with one glance. The operation is easier in spite of the growing complexity. Errors in the operation can thus be better avoided.

Sensing Head
The new sensing head distinguishes itself by an optimized yarn run and an integrated efficient air blowing. This leads to higher precision and reduced contamination. Moreover the 7-segment display offers more security and comfort with more valuable information direct at the winding position.

Improved foreign matter detection
Foreign matter clearing of a precision unknown so far. Furthermore, slightest contrast differences are detected, even in coloured yarn.

Italian wool spinning mills that ran the field tests are very enthusiastic and report much better results than everything which was available so far.

YarnMaster Spectra+
Optimum process sequences in the spinning mill require optimum quality monitoring and first-class quality management. Loepfe has set milestones with the YarnMaster technology. YarnMaster, YarnMaster Plus and YarnMaster Spectra are now followed by the new YarnMaster Spectra+ generation with additional improvements.

· Functionality: Additional short yarn count channel with optionally selectable monitoring length.
· Extension of the proven cluster channel by thin place and long thick place clusters
· Retrofitting: Existing Yarn Master systems can be easily retrofitted with YarnMaster Spectra+.
