Kathleen J. Mattson has been promoted
from Director to Vice President of Member Services of IFAI.
In making the announcement IFAI
President and CEO Steve Warner said, "This is a
well-deserved recognition of Kathy's talents and
results." Mattson has been employed by IFAI since
February 2005, and has been promoted to increasingly
higher levels of management responsibilities during this
time.
Kathy works to continually improve
IFAI's value proposition for members: "As a member-driven

this multi-faceted industry," she said.
