Asian debut for Thies dyeing machines

German dyeing machinery specialist Thies GmbH & Co KG will be introducing three products for the first time in Asia from its range of hi-tech yarn / fabric dyeing machinery, including the Luft-roto plus SII, ecoMaster and Lab Master.

The Luft-roto plus SII fabric dyeing machine, with a unique nozzle design as well as a highly efficient blower, represents a significant development in ultra short liquor ratio dyeing technology, at the same time meeting toady’s demands for environmentally friendly and cost-effective production.

It provides reduced process time and a significant total energy consumption whilst at the same time enhancing the quality of the processed material.

Leading textile mills around the globe are implementing  this highly versatile concept into their manufacturing process, thus avoiding long liquor ratio machines with all positive effects of energy, chemical and waste water treatment costs.

The  Luft-roto plus can be used to process all types of fabrics, fibres and blends.

The ecoMaster fabric dyeing machine is a versatile ‘workhorse’ in a knit dye house and is a further development of the internationally successful eco-soft plus. The ecoMaster combines the outstanding features of – safe fabric transport and flexibility – with new innovations in liquor transfer, liquor penetration and process technology with reduced energy consumption and shorter process times to produce excellent quality fabric.

LabMaster is a 1-kg laboratory fabric dyeing machine providing the reliable basis for “right first time” dyeing at reduced bulk costs.

The machine is designed for research and development, quality assurance and lab matching trials to ensure a high level of reproducibility at similar liquor ratios allowing transfer of results from lab to bulk.
