New variable roller adjustment with Monforts Thermex 7000

Improved economies for Monforts Thermex 7000 hotflue achieved with new optional three setting variable upper/lower roller distance adjustment.

A new optional three setting variable roller distance adjustment inside the Thermex hotflue chamber is introduced by A. Monforts Textilmaschinen to offer higher productivity and improved economies for a wide variety of woven fabrics.

Push button control offers upper, lower and mid-settings, using the standard 102 cm distance between the modules upper and lower rollers. The height can be extended to 142 cm and reduced to 62 cm.

The increased roller distance offers a bigger loop to increase the fabric within the chamber increasing the drying capacity and productivity.  The fabric content within the module can vary between 33 m (standard position), 43 m (extended) and 23 m (short).

The new Thermex 7000 is adaptable for almost all processes including Pad-dry – Themosol, Pad-dry – Thermofix, Econtrol, Monforts MXL process and curing processes.

With the variable upper/lower roller distance, either the production speed can be optimised or the most economic mode for low energy can be selected.

All fabric weights from 80-1000g/m² can run through the unit including difficult fabrics such as, for example downproof.
