ASD/AMD Las Vegas - General merchandise show

The largest general merchandise show in the United States will be taking place from 10-13 August 2008 in Las Vegas, USA. More than 100,000 buyers are expected to visit ASD/AMD Source Direct. These are wholesale and retail buyers looking for merchandise.

According to Pace (Pvt) Ltd., the representative of this show in Pakistan, this idea for Pakistani exhibtors at this show is to gain face-to-face access to the most desirable audience of wholesale and retail buyers of a large variety of products. Popular product categories exhibited include general merchandise, leather apparel, garments, home textiles, carpets and rugs, sports goods, surgical goods, handicraft etc.

For more than 46 years, ASD/AMD Las Vegas has been attracting key buyers and is considered as a well-known merchandise trade show in the U.S.A.

Last year’s ASD/AMD Las Vegas generated more than $9 billion in annual sales. Both small and large buyers are at the show. Buying companies in attendance with an annual retail sales volume of over $3 million grew 67% from August 2006 to August 2007.
