Whereas the conventional scanning technology has only a scanning length of app. 25mm per sensor, each CCD camera will consistently scan a 2 dimensional area of up to 110x110 mm 4 to 5 times per second. This scanning technique provides the highest data rate and therefore much more precise information on the actual position of the weft thread.

ELSTRAIGHT HD utilizes a user-friendly touch screen operator interface for visualization and provides all necessary data required by the user. All ELSTRAIGHT systems are compatible with each others and can be connected to a supervision or host system.
